What to send

  • Something broken — what you were doing, and what happened instead.
  • A recommendation that made no sense — LifeHQ stores the reasoning, so this is fixable.
  • A request to rotate your access code.
  • A request to export or remove your information, if you would rather not do it yourself in Profile.

Please do not send sensitive personal, medical or financial details by email. LifeHQ does not need them and cannot act on them.
