Terms of use
Last updated 27 July 2026. These terms cover the private beta only.
What this is
LifeHQ is an invitation-only private beta of a personal planning tool. It is pre-release software provided for testing. Features may change or be removed, and the beta may end at any time.
Access
Access is by a personal code issued to you. Please do not share it: it opens your information and nobody else's. If you think your code has been seen by someone else, ask for it to be rotated and the old one will stop working immediately.
Not professional advice
LifeHQ offers planning support based on what you tell it. It is not medical, health, legal, tax, financial, insurance, investment, employment or therapeutic advice, and it must not be relied on as any of those. It does not diagnose anything, and it does not draw conclusions about your health, finances or relationships. For decisions in those areas, speak to a qualified professional.
Your content
What you write and record stays yours. You can export it or remove it at any time from your profile. We use it to operate the product for you and for nothing else — it is not sold, shared or used to train anything.
Availability and backups
This is a beta running on modest infrastructure. There is no uptime guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose — the export in Profile exists for exactly this reason.
Acceptable use
Use LifeHQ for your own personal planning. Do not attempt to access another tester's information, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to store information that puts other people at risk.
No charges
The private beta is free. There are no subscriptions, no payment details collected anywhere in the product, and no paid tiers.
Liability
LifeHQ is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the operator of this beta is not liable for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your participation
You can stop at any time and remove your information from Profile. The operator may also end an invitation, for example when the beta closes.
